Jor - I have a 6qt. crock pot and it easily feeds a family of 4. Get the larger one if you want, that way you can make dinners and portion them out and freeze them. It would be a lot cheaper doing it that way.

It really comes down to your eating habits, Jor, and how much variety you demand in your meal schedule. I'm the sort of person who really doesn't mind eating the same dish for days on end. Yeah - I'm okay with eating the same thing for a few days. I do believe that Jor eats kimchi on a daily basis, so maybe making larger portions would be a good idea.
