Just found out Dad did his own (a bit more exhaustive) Blueprint for the Vaux amp
Granted, there’s no handle, nothing on the back, and I don’t know what the other three Knobs below the AC-Tone are, but it’s certainly more concrete than my old diagram.

I don't know if I'm on that but if you friend any of them you'll inevitably find a whole bunch more of us.

Reading and watching videos about slow cookers, multi-cookers, and crockpots. Target has their crockpots on sale this week, and that seems like a simple answer, but I still have to decide between a 4.5 quart one and a 7 quart one. I'll decide from looking at them in the store. I had a crockpot, but got rid of it when I had to temporarily move to a new apartment. Now that I'm feeling better these days, I'm thinking I might use one again, even though I don't have a lot of space to store one. My ILS worker keeps encouraging me to buy a multi-cooker, but I honestly can't think what I'd use it for. I think she's thinking I'd cook rice in it, but I prefer those microwave packets to the trouble of cooking rice. I might use one for cooking vegetables, but I don't know if that would justify the cost. Regardless, I need to decide between a crockpot and a multi-cooker as I can't reasonably see myself buying both.

The kids pitched in and bought us a multi-cooker for the holidays last year. We still haven't used it. Hell, it's just the two of us and two dogs. I'm not cooking for a small army. It's way too much kitchen gadget for my needs.
Unless you are the type who entertains or who cooks a lot of food to freeze for future use, I don't see why you would need a 7-quart crockpot; 4.5 quarts should be sufficient.
Have you ever cooked with a pressure cooker? I highly recommend them, especially if you want a proper damn meal and have little time to spend preparing it. In my meat-eating days, I could come home from work, throw a roast into the pressure cooker, and sit down to dinner in about a half-hour. The roast practically fell apart with a fork.

I have a pressure canner. However, I still do my canning the way Rob's mom taught me.

Thanks for the advice on the size. That's pretty much what I thought, but I thought I'd take a look at the 7 quart one just in case. They also sell 6 quart ones, but I probably don't need that large of a slow cooker either. The only thing I can think of regarding the multi-cooker, other than quickly doing meat, is that you can get steamer baskets for them, and that would allow me to cook frozen veggies easily. Frozen veggies are both cheap and good for you, and I don't get nearly enough in my diet normally. I'm leaning towards the slow cooker, but I'm still looking.
