Repeatedly updating the tracking page on an order from Amazon. They typically just leave things in a publically accessible mail room / community room, which is where both entrances to the building are, with people coming and going all day long, and people letting anybody at all into the building. So I'm watching like a hawk for my delivery so I can swoop in and rescue it before somebody walks off with it. Unfortunately I didn't think to use an Amazon locker for the delivery, but as I discovered, you're less likely to get free delivery if you do unless you have Amazon Prime, which I just canceled.

Still waiting. This time for a second delivery attempt. They couldn't get in to the building on the first try. The reason they couldn't get into the building was because they didn't use the access code, which is my name, to ring me from the door. Fucks. I chewed out some hapless customer service agent as a consequence, but what else are you going to do?
