I wish I could fly away sometimes. Away from everyone, even my husband. Not because I don’t love him, but because I do. I need time apart and alone to be able to be the best I can be for others.

I feel stressed lately and overwhelmed. Being married, I feel new expectations of me and I don’t like it. My husband is amazing, it isn’t coming from him. My parents have stupid expectations of me now that I’m married. #fuckall

It's hard to explain. My brain hurts because I'm tired right now, but I'll come back to this and share what I'm thinking. I don't mind you asking.

Put up a sheet of drywall. A Springy G "first": I didn't miss the 2x4s once when driving in the screws. (Chalk lines are your friends.)

Also a lot of general puttering over the last day, including descaling the humidifiers. It is painfully dry in here, and this year I'm running humidifiers on two floors of the house. Seriously considering an automatic furnace-based unit to do the whole house, although $$$ will be involved.

Enjoying a nice cup of Sumatran coffee. I bought a cheap K-cup coffee maker for $10 on Black Friday, so now I can indulge of an evening without having to brew a whole pot.
