Trying out my new rice cooker with Zatarain's red beans 'n' rice and Andouille sausage.  I just realized, I don't know how to tell when it's finished.

Rice takes 20 minutes.

Today is my pupper's birthday. He turns 4. It's the first birthday I've celebrated with him and I am so excited. I've got a cow femur bone for him that is almost as long as his body and I cannot wait to give it to him.

Going to start cleaning and rearranging my home office as I have a new piece of furniture arriving today or tomorrow.

Just bought a flight simulator for a couple bucks, and I've still got a fairly good copy of MS Flight Simulator. Now I just need a cheap joystick to see whether I can reasonably operate the controls with my hands.

Went past to have a sticky beak at the new house build here in Hervey Bay. Bricks and plaster almost finished. Then off for a swim. Now sitting on my arse with my feet up ...
