Staring at a bunch of icy mud, trying to come up with a good reason to put off digging leach field trenches. Kicking a shovel is just about my least favorite thing in the world.

So my earlier post on being on the line with tech support...it ended up that she couldn't help fix it and had to escalate the problem to their engineers. Just got an email saying - "Yep, it's broke, we are adding you to the list of people that have the same broken thing." Thanks for that. That was truly not ducking helpful in the slightest. It worked last month...your "update" broke it. Grrrrr.
