Having a drink. I may not be much of a scotch drinker, but this bottle of Glenlivet is going surprisingly fast. I was going to get a bottle of Redbreast Irish whiskey and a bottle of Glenmorangie next, but I've decided to get the Highland Park 12 instead of the Glenmorangie, so my acquisition of the Redbreast may be delayed.

I received a letter from the IRS which seems to say that they intend to deposit a second $600 stimulus payment into my account. I must be misunderstanding some detail, but I won't cry if they do.

I’ve grown to love Cobra Kai in the months since it finally appeared on Netflix, and now I’m watching the original Karate Kid for the first time ever.

Also, in the health front, while I technically managed to pass my Bronchial Challenge Test, it was a borderline negative because my capacity dropped by about 18%, even though the threshold is 20%. So, I got a prescription for something called Asmalin, which I will have to puff twice every evening and then gargle it out each time. For whatever reason, they decided to call me about this three times in as many hours. And that isn’t counting the times I didn’t bother to pick up the phone. Also, I’ll have to do a CT scan of my lungs.

Meeting at United Servo at 11:30am for a Sunday cruise to the Howard pub for lunch. (She's a hot one today)
Been there once before with the club. Nice food. 12 bucks for a steak sandwich with chips. Good value.

I have to stay way from scotch. I can drink bourbon or cognac and wake up the next day with little ill effect. Scotch lays me down big time. It made it a tough time to get up and go to work. I have a bottle of Wild Turkey 101 proof currently. Man, that stuff is good! Dangerous, though, since it's so strong. I have to be careful with it.

Oddly enough, it was Wild Turkey 101 that I was drinking last night. Excellent stuff. I rarely drink more than 2 drinks in a sitting, so I typically don't have ill effects.
