Went out to the "shop" and nicked a few cc off a carving I'm making. I'm at a point for that part of it where if I bork it, it'll be firewood. Fine work on that part, not big chips.

The pickup I got less than a week ago managed to break earlier today. The little tab that mounted it to the pickguard was apparently only attached to the pickup by a small solder and Dad's afraid that trying to resolder it could damage the pickup. So, he ordered a different one that mounts to the fretboard:
