Separating the meat from the bone on a 10 lb. spiral-cut ham and vacuum sealing it into 1-1/2 lb. bags for the freezer. I've got about 18 Brats and sausages that I need to divvy up and seal in 3-sausage bags, but that can wait. I love ham in soups and sandwiches, but there's a good bit of work involved.
