Sweet. You move fast. It takes forever to get interviews around here.

I've had my CV updated for a few months as this has always been a possibility.
Plus, I applied to those jobs ON THEIR CLOSING DATES so that's why the response was so immediate!

Drinking a grapefruit sparkling alcoholic beverage from Tokyo. It's okay. Maybe I should just drink until I can't drink anymore.
Hmmm. What has got you so down baby girl?
For me, when I get like that I just go with it. Might take a while but I bounce back.
Just a thought, hoping it helps.

Perhaps me going outside wasn't such a good idea.. my umbrella is now useless thanks to strong winds and rain.

Hey you. Head up, okay?
Life can be very disconnected at times. I've had my fair share this year.
Hope you're okay.
It sounds insincere coming from a total stranger - and a new total stranger at that - but it is meant with absolute respect and earnest warmth.

Tried to go on another run with the pup. Wasn't having it. Started pulling on the leash after a mile. Looking at me like I was nuts.
So I came home and brined a turkey for Sunday dinner with the rentals.

What the? You should feel lucky to be telling the tale from the looks of that thing!
As for me, deciding whether I should meet friends or not. Went out last night and not feelin' it. I'm always so indecisive. I admire people who make decisions QUICK.
That's never been me. And this isn't a hard decision. You should see when I need to decide what salad dressing to get at a restaurant. :/

Laid in bed with my lovely wife. No such luck tonight though as she is asleep...
Guess it's bed for me too then.
Bloody knackered.

Hell one time I up and decided to join the military. Went and signed up, called work and told them I quit, called my parents and said, "I just signed up for six years. I'm leaving in 12 days."
They gave me the option of waiting 3 months. I figured, hell, if I was doing it, let's do it now.
