First hard freeze over night. Crunchy grass is confusied the dogs for a bit.

What's everyone up to right now?

Finally, my tooth is feeling better. Oh sunny day!

I need to run a quick errand but it's kind of chilly outside and I don't really feel like it...but I need to as it's supposed to start raining later and last through tomorrow.
My motivation seems to have left the building without me.
I'm your huckleberry.
Just got off the phone and I've arranged to get a booster shot on Thursday. My original shots were Pfizer, and I had wanted a Moderna booster shot, and this is Pfizer, but good enough.

I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Your trash and chores are of specific economic value to me. The challenge of my business is to find more people like you. People with piles of biologic material they don't realize has a set and standard economic value.
So, for example, they give me their piles of leaves for free...and then they pay me for mushrooms I grow in their piles of leaves. Everyone benefits, hallelujah!

It's 0717 and I'm sitting in here looking outside. It's been raining and is overcast.
Finally got my router working and back online at around 10 last night. It's fair to say I now know a bit more about routers than 2 days ago when this began. For a while, I had a dreaded intermittent fault. I hate them. With anything to do with computers, if don't fix it myself, I have to pay Joyce at the computer repair shop $80 an hour . Bought my first compute in 1999. A Pentium 2, with 64meg of RAM. First problem after 2 weeks. Took the box down to a nice man at a local computer shop. The nice man charged me $80 to fix the problem (a virus) and another $80 for a Norton Anti Virus app. It was then I truly realised that ignorance can be very expensive. So since then I have been learning as much as I can in practical things as well as this cerebral luxury. |
