Finished with my first shift through agency.

Now to eat, sleep, and see if they'll cancel the twelve-hour shift I am supposed to work tonight.

Day 2 of discovering muscles I forgot I had. Putting that cabinet together really brought my age into full focus. Need to get some other things sorted out and stored but everything hurts...especially my hands. The trapped foot has a lovely bruise that's in the process of changing color. My other choice for the day is to sit on my butt and do nothing...it's a difficult decision.

Packing up the house in Mexico, our friends arrive tomorrow to house sit.  What's not going back with us in the car is going into bins and vacuum bags.  My music gear is safely stored with another friend.

Leaving in the morning, next stop is Mazatlan.

Please do not have a medical repeat of your last travel adventure and get home without incident.

I'd ask that you wear hose, but Kitty might get jealous.

I don't intend to. Though they consider that event, and the one back in 2011 unprovoked. I've been taking my anticoagulant every day.

Done with that twelve hour shift.

Discovered my father works there at the facility. He was there, but he respected me by not approaching me. The DON asked me if I wanted to meet with him, and I informed her that I was not ready.

With that shift over, I can rest for a few nights.

Getting a strange error message trying to copy some files. "0x80070057 paramter is incorrect" Oddly, I was able to copy these files before, but for some reason now I can't.

Baseball game was called on account of the field being too wet. The only thing I accomplished was paying $9 for a beer as I waited to see if they were going to play today. I ate at 12:30 but I'm hungry again. I'm going to head to Aldi's and get a pizza or something.
