Perfecting my mac and cheese recipe. 5 cups of half and half, 3 cups of whole milk, 2 sticks of butter, 1 cup of bread flour, 2 pounds of elbow mac (boiled in what can only be described as a brine)......and 3 pounds of cheese (sharp and white ched, and colby jack). Then some diced ky legends ham..sometimes cornbread stuffing mix..toppers. I bake half and then bag the other inside the baking sheets so it just plops in later after being frozen.

Watching Youtube videos about computer parts. I haven't even read the forums yet, which is usually what I do first.
ps. I'm happy with generic box mac 'n' cheese with a few hunks of Velveeta. I'm a cheesy food slut. The other kind of cheesy.
