Did some more cutting of the neck pocket on the Richardsnary. By this point, it fits damn near perfectly, thanks to the router. Also laminated the headstock, pickguard and truss rod cover templates because it turns out that spending all that time in a bag waiting to be used does not help with their structural integrity.

Not even mad about the mud the dogs tracked in. At least the deep freeze has let up.
Yesterday I was driving to the office and the glacier on the roof of my car slid down, split in half, and broke one of my windshield wipers. Thankfully the actual arm and mechanism are fine. But it was forty bucks I hadn't planned on having to spend.

We make ours run a three towel gauntlet.
I don't remember replacement wipers at NAPA costing that much. Must be a contuning supply chain issue.

Sitting here wondering why someone is shooting fireworks out there.
At least I hope it was fireworks rather than a gun fight.

Ordering whole and powdered red Sichuan peppercorns and a mortar & pestle. The Sichuan peppercorns are essential to mapo tofu. And I have some dried Arbol chiles for the heat.
