Went to Walmart to buy some relaxed fit jeans because the jeans I had picked out wound up fitting very weird. For me the waist was all right, but the rest (particularly the seat) were unforgivingly tight. I gave the tight jeans to Dad and they fit him well, except he really needed to tighten his belt for the waist to fit. I guess the moral of the story is "Rev needs to buy relaxed fit jeans."

I ordered a couple of used books on CBT from the "for dummies" series. I only paid $11, but then I discovered the Kindle version was only $15 with the audiobook only $3 extra. Oh well, the more the better.

Went diving today. The conditions were pretty dismal due to proximity to hurricane Norma. Rough seas, insane surge, and near zero visibility made for a perfect trifecta of shit conditions. On the plus side of the ledger, I was part of the half of the boat that didn't get sick and the water was warm, it was nice to be comfortable while not seeing all the things we didn't see.

Walked down one of the local rivers looking at birds and hurricane damage. Our Sunday morning custom is to do that walk down to a restaurant on the beach for breakfast and then walk back.
Currently there is a sea turtle nesting sanctuary / release area set up adjacent to the restaurant. One of these evenings we'll have to come down to see them release baby turtles into the sea.

Watching baseball. I donated plasma today. It took about ten minutes to update my records and then I was good. Naturally, I worried all the way there.

Just finished signing some more forms for the disability office that are supposed to expedite the process. Also, each form had an identical page including a reference to the paperwork reduction act. Something that evidently doesn't apply to sending the same person multiple identical pages with the same exact information in one go.
