Idea: since the M65 jacket I've been trying to order has a sort of liner jacket that comes with it, I'm thinking of making that into its own little semi-replica jacket like the Travis Jacket. Namely, adding a scorpion back-patch to make it a sort of ersatz Drive jacket.





Naturally, it won't be anywhere near exact, but it'll probably be a good use of a jacket liner I'll probably never wear for the intended purpose.

Note, I'm thinking of either getting the white scorpion patch or the blue scorpion patch (because that's how the original looks with its colours inverted).

Been a super lazy day. Lots to do for work this coming week with finishing up the year and preparing for the following week's payroll while the other office people are in Phoenix for a conference.

Finished listening to another book and just didn't do anything that required much effort.

Whoah. That subscription for $99.50 that bit me because of auto-renewal. I just received an email. They say that pending management approval, they'll refund $98.

I'll believe it when I see it, but at least this is hopeful.

They know that you can contest the charges. It'll be cheaper for them to give you the $98 without argument.

Because I have a prior relationship with them, I'd have to go to court to contest the charges. I have basically no leverage here.

For a big part of last week I felt like I was right on the verge of sinus infection.  Resting over the weekend (a lot) seems to have helped hold that at bay.
