Third attempt at getting a properly sized M65 jacket has resulted in failure. They gave us yet another 4XL instead of the 3XL we requested. FWIW, the patches arrived. At any rate, the King Kong Company one looks better than the first ones we got.

Also, Dad added another 1k to my checking account after I told him that when transferring the excess money from my checking account to the trust (for SSI-related reasons), he left me with $400.

Arrived by bus in Guadalajara yesterday. Compared to flying, taking the bus was a breeze. Door-to-door it took maybe an hour longer, cost a quarter and was far more comfortable.

While we were walking around I managed to wrench my bad ankle. Hopefully won't slow me down too much.

Having a cup of espresso. My Keurig-type coffee machine died last week. I had originally ordered black to save a couple of bucks, even though the old one was red and so it matched my kitchen accents. But I came to regret that, so I returned the black one and ordered the red. I picked it up last night and just ran a water-only test of it. If anything, it seems slightly faster than the old one.

We’d never been out here before we came for the salmon run a couple months back. Loved it so much we started scheming on how to sell the house and move the fam out. Took 90 days. 89 too many.
