Missing my flight home.
A patient had a serious heart attack last night, and I was called in just after midnight. Rebooking (or trying to)... Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? I sure appreciate that doctors and other medical personnel are there when we need them. I had my heart attack shortly after midnight on Labor Day a few years ago. Glad that the team that took care of me weren't out drunk on a boat somewhere.

Finally moved everything from my old wallet and purse to my new ones. It'll take me forever to find things for a while. But, I think I figured out why my purse was so damn heavy. After emptying out all the little pockets I had eight dollars in change scattered around in there. I seldom use cash so this has been accumulating for a while. With the change on my desk the purse felt pretty light...then I counted it and put it in the new purse and had an aha moment.
Next time I use a self check out, that is where the change is going. It certainly didn't hurt my feelings to 'find' money. That usually doesn't happen. It's the little things.

Heading back north for a visit next week - mom has COVID, two of three in our house have COVID. We may end up getting a hotel.

I lost another homemaker. That's just as well as I didn't much like the latest one.
I still haven't gotten around to cooking any of the turkey in the freezer. Because I was sick last week, my family is opening presents on the 14th. I'll wait until after to worry about it.
Made a mess in my pants when I mistook pressure for a fart. The radishes moved through me real quick.
