The absolute best indoor grill is two cast iron griddles and a brick. That will do everything you want to do, nothing can go wrong, it takes up less space, and it will cost less than any other thing that achieves the same purpose.

The wife is trying to come up with a middle name for our problem child cat - Jenny - strictly for the purpose of yelling at her. We got home from breakfast and Jenny had upended a bowl of high-end jelly beans and was eating a pineapple flavored one.
Ellen thinks it would be more satisfying to yell, ‘Jenny [TBD] Shannon!!’

My oldest child's name is Jennifer. Everyone calls her Jenny, except for me. Purposely I call her Jennifer...her middle name is Michelle. You are welcome to use it. Daughter sure paid attention when she got her full name yelled at her.
Of course, Jenny, you goddamn pain in the ass, Shannon would work too.

I've got a Hamilton Beach that I like.
I had a Hamilton Beach with removable plates, but I bought a George Foreman at Target. My old one was nice, but this one is real compact and comes completely apart for cleaning. The 10" cooking surface is slightly smaller, but it's not as bulky. By buying it at Target, I got $8 off the $60 price, too. It should be fine for one person. Or even a two-person meal.

Drove to Sayulita for weekend music festival, went to check in a the hotel and learned the government shut them down temporarily after a fire. Fortunately the place across the street had a cancellation and we have a room for at least tonight a much higher rate.
