It was funny the other day when husband drug out the vacuum cleaner and said he knows it makes me crazy but he "needed" to vacuum.

Fretted all morning about asking my nurse if they are able to make calls for a wellness check if I don't respond to calls or answer the door. My IHS worker used to fulfill that role, but I'm trying to develop my self-sufficiency without them. So the only healthcare worker who would notice if I dropped dead is my nurse. So I switched from bi-weekly visits to weekly.

Waiting to hear from the vet to see how Ziggy's dental went. I know he will have some extractions. Among other health issues, these dogs often have bad teeth. This is the year I pay for Dr. Abraham's family vacation. Yeesh.

I have to wait until the copy of MS 365 Personal from Best Buy expires before I can activate the annual subscription I bought from HP. They're a bit vague about what happens in between. Though they do advise backing up your data first. We'll see. Backing up my OneDrive cloud drive now.

Ziggy is home sleeping off the anesthetic. He will be fine once he remembers how to walk again.

I am planning the trip I have tried to take for about 4 years. I talked to my boss and she is okay with it. Have a hotel reservation for at least part of the trip. Heading to the big town of Ramseur/Coleridge, NC. But have to stay in a real town so I can access internet now and then. May stop by in SC if my younger daughter isn't on a complete insane swing. Would love to see the kids. But for now the trip is to see two of my aunts. Beyond that, plans are open.

Dug out luggage and cleaned up a cooler that's been stored for a long while. Plan to head out early next Friday.

I haven't traveled in so long I have to remember what and how to pack.

Chilling for the weekend at a remote beach hotel. The beach goes for miles and miles and there's almost nobody on it.
