Quill - We're adjusting to a much lower income at my place too. Dad opened a business, it's doing well but he used to be an engineer. I can only imagine how your mother's divorce and your blindness have made that situation all the more complicated. It's neither of your faults though, and feel free to rant here anytime.

I guess over the years I've become so used to not needed anyone in day-to-day setting. And we never really dealt with each personally until recently; it's always been either a housekeeper/nanny, or my grandmother. Sometimes I wonder why she bothered with having kids. I like to think my Aunt Ruthie encouraged it.

Oh, you think she was just pushed into having children? That's a shame if true, that sort of thing definitely happens. Parenthood is not so rewarding and satisfying for many. I bet she still loves you no matter what, however has no idea how to deal with her own life decisions.

At work, just read an email from my recent ex bf. for those who don't know, this guy really hurt me and broke my trust numerous times. I didn't reply to this email. I need some objective advice. When this guy "had" me, he treated me like crap now that he lost me, he's been chasing me ever since. What does this guy want?

I think I know, probably recalls all the times I've taken him back and wants a booty call. Ugh. That is my guess. I just wish I could erase that whole event. I'm doing fine and then he pops back up.

Sex, power, control, self-esteem. Those are the things of wish he seeks, more than likely.

He probably doesn't know what he wants either. He's most likely feeling lonely and needs someone's company. When he is satisfied he'll go back to being a total dick. I know these types well because I used to be one...well the female version.

I'm past the anger, crying etc but when I hear from him, it takes me back to all those ups and downs. The only thing that was great was the sex.

And I don't even want that from him so I must be over it. lol I won't reply and I will keep these replies in my head if tempted.
