Reading the ingredients for my Lo Mein noodles. They have wheat but no egg, so they're not authentic Lo Mein noodles. I also picked up some Pancit noodles but those aren't any better.

All I know about Iowa I learned from driving across it. As far as I can tell, the entire state is made entirely of corn and soy.
