Are you a long distance runner? That's my favorite exercise. I can run for over two hours without stopping then my Achilles tendon acts up.

Yeah, I gotta get going too. suppose to meet mom and nephew and niece in 7 min.
Day was actually miserable at times. Haven't gotten hardly any sleep in the last 48 hours and a racing mind.

Is that a recent photograph?

Oh, that pic isn't of me. lol I was looking for flowers, I love flowers...and that pic popped up.

I do enjoy running and do crossfit...that's sort of my 'thing.' You should consider entering a race or something. That might be something fun to train for, TC.

Nope. I don't like podcasts. I just really don't, no matter how much they may be on something I am interested about and how much I might gain from them.

Here is how I am trying to deal with what is happening to me right now, and the fact that I definitely do not like it:

I am going to make sure that I actually know at any given point what my primary goal is, and change what that is if suddenly seems I should, and I am going to actively work on achieving that goal, but if it does not happen in the time that I would reasonably expect it to, no matter how frustrating that very fact is I am just going to try to forgive myself, because I am going through a thing.

Coffee, cola, and two tins of kippered herring. I tried a new brand for one of them. I didn't care much for the paprika sauce they came in, but the quality is good, and they're very inexpensive.

I know that feeling of having to concentrate on your primary goal. Last week, I got confused about my priorities and stayed home, laying in bed, instead of going to my appointments. I have to remember that if I want to go back to school, I've got to do these other things, too. I have to remember what I want and keep moving toward it by keeping my primary goal in mind.
