That or take a nap. Most days I have lunch and coffee, and fall asleep anyway.

If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

I find that if I take a nap, I end up more tired than before.

I've never done the "napping" thing.

Amazon had five "Used - Like New" Baratza Encore coffee grinders at $25 off the normal $150 price. Seeing that I'd already decided, even though I don't like to make decisions in haste, I went ahead and ordered.

Just took a mild muscle relaxant. It's becoming obvious that giving the three dogs baths over the course of about 18 hours is too much for my old scrawny self. Knees are fine...back is jacked.

Unboxing three collapsible totes that I bought at Aldi. I like the Aldi ones because the handle where you grip is thinner than other brands and other brands typically cost $30 rather than the $20 that Aldi wants. The only downside is that Aldi only has these in stock sporadically, and being made out of somewhat cheap materials, after continuous use, they will break in one way or another. By getting multiple quantities when they are in stock, I'm prepared for when the one in current use breaks without having to wait for Aldi to get them back in.
This is an example of one made by Office Depot: ![]() ![]()
In addition to everything else, I'm shopping for birthday gifts for my brother-in-law. We don't celebrate until the end of March, but I don't like to make decisions in haste, and if I put it off, that's what will happen.

Unboxing a Used - Very Good Ninja air fryer from Amazon Warehouse. The door of it has a sizable dent in it that likely doesn't impede operation, but I'll have to give some thought to whether I keep it or not.
ETA: After some thought, while the package it came in was obviously mistreated and the unit itself mistreated, since it is technically used and has no warranty, I am not protected in the case that the visible signs of mistreatment themselves are not accompanied by faults that aren't visible to inspection or cursory examination. I would like to keep it, but my better wisdom says to return it. ![]() |
