I wasn’t aware carbon steel cookware needed seasoning (I thought it was just cast iron). Good to know! Boru

Ordering a citrus juicer so that I can make carne asada from fresh oranges. My carne asada seasoning is due to be delivered today (Lawry's), and I picked up some cheap skirt from Aldi. Strangely, the grass-fed was cheaper than the Angus. I'll likely buy skirt from Walmart in the future. They sell inside skirt for $12.50/lb.
Sketching out some ideas for making some baby quilts. I think I bought enough fabric to make two, at least.
