My new XBOX doodad from Target has taken forever to be delivered. It's still in transit a week after ordering. I'm afraid that I will get it only to find out somebody stole the contents en route.

My Dad has spent the last few years on and off working on an ES-335 kit. It took so long for a couple reasons: mostly because life gets in the way, partly because installing the electronics in an ES-335 body is like making a ship in a bottle (the body is fully assembled and there’s no designated access pocket for the electronics like in most guitars), and most recently because we realized too late that neck relief was actually a major issue and we had to figure out how to redo a set neck that’s already glued in but at an angle that makes it almost unplayable. And now, it’s complete and it’s functional.

My new 2 TB SSD for my XBOX was delivered. When it was delayed in shipment a week, my mind went to all sorts of horrible scenarios because you hear about items being stolen during shipping, but my fears were unrealized.

I ordered some computer building parts for $1 through Ali Express. Surprisingly, I'm getting full tracking updates which is nice. I chose to pay using Google Pay, which I'm guessing means that only Google knows my credit card info, but I don't really know. So far, despite a history of buying from sketchy places, I haven't had my financial info abused. Yay, I guess.

Ordering a Swiffer duster starter kit. I had one but I seem to have lost the handle. My TV screen has remained surprisingly dust free after several years of use. I suspect it's because the screen sits close to vertical, thanks to the unique mounting base of the TV. The entertainment center that it sits on, that's a different matter. I'm hoping to dust things without kicking up dust onto the TV screen.
