At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
I'm letting myself be bugged by the mystery of veegtrons. And watching Wheel of Fortune.

Lol right? Veegtrons..
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite. Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment. Quote:Some people deserve hell. I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong. ![]()
You can ban people from this board, but not one's memory.

Having a late supper of pretzels and jalapeno stuffed queen olives. I did have real food planned, but my motivation went into hiding while I was putting away groceries. Went to a new group tonight. A Buddhist meditation group that meets in our neighboring city. They're really hard core, which I like, but it's a major time suck. It's an hour and a half bus ride each way, plus 1-2 hours wasted on the logistics of layovers. Basically it would mean that I'm gone from 12-9 without stop every Tuesday, and all for a mere two hours of content (group therapy + meditation group). Still, I think this would be a good fit if I can manage the time commitment given everything else to which I'm currently committed. Target has the Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4 on sale. I've been thinking of switching from my land-line, and this is a good opportunity. But this is my first smart phone + real cell phone plan, so I've got to do some research before I commit. I've got through Saturday. The S4 is $100 more, and I likely won't need anything the S4 has that the S3 doesn't have, but given it's a one-time expense (essentially), I'll need to see what I'm actually closing the door on by getting the S3 instead of the S4. ![]() RE: What's everyone up to right now?

Should be at the fair with my son. Instead I made him write, "I will not forget my homework," twenty times, created 20 math problems for him to solve, and made him write his day's story including how he forgot his homework in the playground.
I also took his ipad away. My baby's grounded and so I am. Bye bye, fair! ![]() (October 29, 2013 at 11:08 pm)apophenia Wrote: I love my Galaxy! And it's the S2 lol ![]()

I have a Galaxy SIII mini and have been very pleased with it. My two cents ![]() Things are still shit, but I have actually managed to kick myself in the butt and have started working on some quite serious issues. It's a scary thing scraping rock bottom, but at least I am on my way up again. I also got a good night's sleep for the first time in a long while and that helps too. And I made myself some hot pink and glittery purple woollen booties ![]() When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura
Excited about my new blog, so I've been going a little nuts on it. I think I'm driving my friends nuts with questions about what I should make their pseudonyms and how much info I'm allowed to convey. Oh well! They'll love it, and I'm having a blast
