The vet is reluctant because that type of tumour has a tendency to grow back worse.

I'm keeping an eye on him and he's perfectly happy to the point where he can out-purr almost any other cat I know.

He's apparently had it four years so he's doing well.

A more spiritual person might say that says something about the day a dog dies. It certainly speaks for every time I've buried a dog. The sky is dark, the wind is cold, and the ground is hard. Lucy passed in her sleep. She was old and overweight. I couldn't bring myself to put her on a diet, when it was her last remaining enjoyment in life. She was a good dog.

My condolences. Good dogs are a joy that cannot be put in the proper words. I have had the pleasure of knowing a couple of great ones, and letting them go is not easy.

I'm sure Lucy was a joy for you. I guess you know what you have to do, don't you? Find that next dog.

Anyone happen to catch that mini-series(?) this past weekend called "Olive Kitteridge"? Dog related reference ahead. SPOILER ALERT:

Lamenting how AWFUL my Steelers are. What a shitty ass team. Can't play on the road worth shit.

I am a little drunk.

They've still got a chance tonight, Steel.

ETA: Hey look! They just took the lead!

Come on, SCurtain. Maybe they can't be good unless all their fans believe in them. Just kidding. Enjoy the drunk.

@Whatevs I had a bulldog a few years back, and I'd love to get another one, but I think I'm done with dogs for a while. You blink and they're gone. I don't think I can take more of that....Who am I kidding, I'll have another puppy in a week and I'll be on here bitching about dog shit.

@Steel I refuse to watch that game. I know they'll win. The AFC North is anybody's at this point. Also, I won't be watching sports center for a week. Lol
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:

For very cheap, on VHS, I bought:

Godzilla (1998)
Godzilla vs Megalon
Godzilla 1985
Godzilla: Ghidrah The Three Headed Monster
Godzilla vs Gigan
Godzilla: Son of Godzilla and
Godzilla vs Megalon

I'm watching Godzilla 1985.
It's wonderfully horrible.

So how, exactly, does God know that She's NOT a brain in a vat? Huh

They won. On the back of LeVeon Bell. They figured out how to stop the blitz in the late third. I've calmed down.

That game would not have been possible without Smuttynose Robust Porter. What a fantastic fucking beer. And I generally don't like porters/stouts.
