Just finished booking motels in Wisconsin and a plane ticket home for me. I'm taking my daughter to college there in mid August. We're going to take Amtrak for two overnights to get there. The train follows the north boarder of the U.S. all the way across. Should be lovely scenery.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Craving apple pies and then some meal involving pesto and corriander.
( Yes dessert first. Fuck you tradition. In fact: suck my grotesque impulse and eat my sordid whim tradition).
