What's everyone up to right now?

The world is making less and less sense, but it could just be me. Either way, it's time for bed.

Easier said then done -_-

This has been my life for like the last 4 week

Also I hate how this forum counts how much time you've been online. I'd rather not know I've spent a month of my life on this forum thanks Tongue It's a lovely forum but I like to keep up some illusion that I have a life (I really don't)

Still can't get to bed. I have 4 more servers to get updated tonight. Love that I can do this from home but sometimes the maintenance windows suck. Smile

I tend to get kudos at a fairly regular clip. My reps have completely plateaued, though.

---

Have to get up early tomorrow because my mom's having day surgery. Nothing major, just a repeat treatment for something. After that , it's on to a weird web project I've been contracted to help on. The front end is utterly modern - angular.js and bootstrap - but the back end is horribly written 8 year old PHP. It's a mashup of crap procedural code (globals everywhere and no error checking, let alone security) and crap wannabe OOP (SOLID principles? Gang of Four? Design patterns? What are those?). It's the kind of thing an amateur would build after finding disparate tutorials on google and slapping them together without a second thought. Blech.

Just got back from downtown Chicago. Every muscle below the waist is strained and pained, but I had a fucking blast! Pictures to come soon. Gotta get home to get them off the camera. Smile

Walked from the parking garage to Navy Pier. From there to Melinium Park and the Bean. Then I headed down to the aquarium and Soldier Field, back downtown for some grub, then back to the car via the river walk. If I ever have to give up the Mile High City, Chicago wouldn't be bad place to wind up. Beautiful city!

Oh well I can try

it seems to fluctuate. One week the forum seems to be in a very generous kudos-giving mode and then the next we're in recession. Kudos boom and bust.

Kudos are definitely a boom and bust commodity.

I've hardly gotten any this week. WTF, man?!?

Oh, yeah, I've hardly been on the site this week. Smile

Even worse, I downloaded this app called "phone usage time." And now I'm rethinking my life entire life lol.[Image: c247088d6599c8824ac7a765efa9c078.jpg]

6 hours? In a day? No wonder my homework isn't done yet.
