Trying to figure out how the human arm can do flexion and extension movements while also doing pronation and supination at the same time. Watching some anatomy videos to get an idea.

Trying out a new crock pot recipe I picked up on the internet. Cheesy Bratwurst Stew. It called for green bell pepper. Screw that. Red, yellow and orange sweet peppers, some poblano pepper and a couple fresno peppers for kick. Also added some black beans and swapped out fresh onion for the dried called for in the recipe.
