Yeah and I have that and when I disable it, I still get vibration in the touchpad. It's just loud now and I'd like to not have it vibrate at all but I see no other way of disabling that function.

Maybe that's in the settings for the keyboard itself?
Maybe you access it through the keyboard or through an app you have lying around that refers to the keyboard.

I gave up. My internet is back up and running now, so the phone is sitting in the corner, being punished for being a dumb smart phone.
