If you can get past the concept of it being fried blood (seriously, we consume the flesh of animals, drink their milk, and turn them into leather clothing willy-nilly but turn our noses up at eating their blood?) then I find it to be delicious. Certainly quite different, but bloody moreish for me...

I like my beef steaks kinda bloody though (not super rare, I'd say more medium), so I might like it. I'm open to trying

It's not too far off sweet actually. It doesn't quite get there, but it's got an interesting taste for sure. It's nothing like steak though, believe me - you can't even tell it's blood, really.
