Thank you.
She was old when I adopted her a number of years ago after her previous "humans" abandoned her.
For the past few weeks she's been disappearing for hours at a time and sleeping in the weirdest places, so I thought something was up. She took a really bad turn over the weekend and I did my best to keep her comfortable. I knew she was going, so it isn't a shock.
Just sadness.

(((Hugs))) for you, Valkyrie. I lost the last 3 of my cats last year, 2 due to old age. Even though I knew they were fading, when it actually happens it's a jolt to the gut.

Nothing much at the moment, I'm just having a beer and checking out the websites of local atheist/humanist groups. I have to get around to sending in my college application at some point too. Ugh.
