It is an "imperfect" or "half rhyme." Used in music and poetry all the time. Plus, depending on the meter, only the last two syllables would be needed to make a perfect rhyme.

It's not apparent to me why he left either. Maybe it's none of my business, but I don't really care if it's my business or not. I appreciated having him around. And I would welcome his return.
