Throat is sore. Not doing very well. Staying at home. Finishing an article about a long-awaited academic paper about algorithms that proved "In My Life" was written by John Lennon and not Paul McCartney. Texted Dad about it and he's worried about the murky ethical waters of basing an article on a pre-print. Sent him a screenshot of the section of the article where I acknowledge the pre-print nature of the paper, and he thinks I'm probably legally in the clear.

Home inspections LOL.

Anyhow, we got an earful from the busybody neighbor lady and learned that our sellers are -extremely- motivated, as in they're living in one of their parent's spare rooms trying to get their new home built and they need the money. So yay, at least we have some leverage in the upcoming negotiations.

Freezing here.
Had a tooth out today.
Good dental surgery, very picturesque, a large window in front of you with a fountain in a garden, comfy headrest, attractive assistant and quite cheap.
Only $150 and you also get a little bag with a toothbrush, floss, two travel toothpastes, a fridge magnet with a notepad and an apple stress ball.

No pain at all, even after the numb juice ran out.
Only waited 10 minutes to be seen.

Feeling quite stoked about it all. :-)
