Spent a surprisingly long amount of time looking for my copy of Philip Roth's Exit Ghost after looking for it on the shelf with all my other Philip Roth books. It wasn't there, and after tearing the bookshelves downstairs apart and searching well into the night, and looking into my archives to see if I could find some evidence that I actually had put it in my reading queue at some point, I'm forced to admit that I probably never actually bought it.
