Upgrading my graphics drivers. I got my stimulus payment! (I think. My balance is +$600, but no transaction is showing.)

I just realized this morning that I was using a spoon that my mom gifted to me when I left home 40 years ago.

I still use a Revere Ware pot that mom sent with me to college.

I have my grandmothers Pyrex mixing bowl set.  When I got them the red one was missing but I found one in similar condition at an antiques/collectibles shop some years ago.  I will be using them to make chocolate chip cookies here shortly.

An aside - while looking for something in a kitchen drawer this weekend I found my son's baby spoon engraved with his name and birth date.  I had no idea it was still around.  His birthday is in April and that may be part of his gift.

I don't have any money budgeted for alcohol this month, but I'm gonna borrow on my upcoming plasma donations to get a bottle of Balcones Baby Blue whiskey.

I was going to get a bottle of Pernod for Sazeracs and a bottle of Knob Creek 9 year, but this sounds more interesting.
