Watching baseball and committing to telling building management to fuck off. They dropped a note that said they'll be inspecting random apartments tomorrow and to get everything away from the windows and other excrements that I would have ignored anyway. I'll cover up my chest freezer so that I can avoid getting cited for that, but beyond that, I plan to do very little and if that don't satisfy, they can suck my fetid taint.

We have a cat that's been hanging around ours and our neighbors yards for some time, it's not looking well. I think we're going to try and catch it and get it to a no-kill shelter for some medical care..

Oh great. The Delta variant is causing the semiconductor shortage to worsen. I didn't want that damn graphics card anyhow.

Uh oh. I've just discovered the fresh baked sweet treats display at Target. Angels and ministers of grace, defend us.

See, this is why it's a bad idea for me to leave the house. I've had one appointment and I've spent $15 on sushi, $40 on kitchen crap I didn't need at Marshall's, and $5 on pumpkin flavored cold brew to give me something to do to pass the time. I've spent $50 and I've got next to nothing accomplished. God help me if I buy more than a hotdog and a coke at the game tonight.

Thinking a nap is in order. The headache I woke up with is still hanging on. Work is done for the day and I have done some household chores. The dogs are all asleep and I think that's a mighty fine idea for me too.
