As a stop gap measure try stacking books.

Taking Miralax to get my bowels back in a proper rhythm.
My ILS worker is on vacation, and with no one to keep me accountable, I didn't exercise at all last week. And I spent half the afternoon lying in bed listening to the game.
I need to get some activity.

I read a convincing study the other day regarding NaCl consumption and hypertension (ya, ya I know the debate has been going for years). The results of the study indicated that substituting table salt (NaCl) for 50/50 NaCl/KCl reduced systolic BP by 10 to 15 points. Since I'm in geezerhood, and I'm borderline hypertensive for my age, the personal experiment starts tomorrow. I should note that not eating out (covid) and a sick dog (no fat/no salt/no chips for dad) may taint the results.
If it would also cure BPH I be set.

That much potassium might be an issue. I'd look into that further. Get your wife to give you prostate compressions every day.
I've seen (with the little TV that I watch) a procedure called "Urolift", which seems to be making the news. A member on another forum I am a member of had this procedure (not necessarily
that particular procedure), but I haven't seen a report on long-term (a few months) results.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

About to go star in a short film. Produced by my nephew. For his college acceptance piece to film school. Not making this up.
Why is it so?

The Vikings don't play until 3:00. I guess I have no excuse not to get the chili started that I've been putting off getting started.

I tried the new 50/50 salt this morning (Morton product). Very fine grind like popcorn salt and had no bitterness/metalic taste that I could tell.
