Got home from work and fell asleep on the couch.

Started having a great dream that was then interrupted by a commercial break.

WTF?

Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni:

Finally got around to cutting the headstock for my Rick-style 12-string.

And I found a way to get around Postimage not recognizing iPad’s photo stream anymore.

For the record, he headstock shape is based on a PRS 12-string and not a Rickenbacker style, partly because I like the straight string pull that PRS’ designs have (even if they are a bit needlessly ornate), and partly because Ric’s style (with two separate tuning peg systems) is a bit overly complicated to pull off for my skill level.

Just got an email that one of my brothers lost the sight in his left eye. Turns out that he's diabetic (he didn't know) and the blindness is due to diabetic retinopathy - basically, his eye is bleeding internally which is blurring his vision. He's had injections to stop the bleeding and is scheduled for laser surgery on Monday. According to my sister-in-law, his doctors are fairly confident that they can restore or nearly restore the vision in that eye.
