Just watched an eagle stoop on the neighbors Yorkie while I was out watering the veggies. Luckily the Yorkie ran under the deck just in time. The eagle flew over to a street light post two houses down and pouted.
Poor eaglets will go hungry this morning.
Not really, we have so many rabbits this year after the mild winter that a kill will happen soon. It just won't be the easy kill the eagle was looking for.

Watching the Twins game. I didn't realize it was an afternoon game until after it was long over, so I know the final score. I still need to do an hour or so of something productive today, so maybe it's just as well.
