Marinating some chicken for later. I picked up a jar of CJ Foods' spicy Korean BBQ sauce at Dragon Star today. I like O'Foods' version, but the only place I can get it charges 20-30% above what Dragon Star or Sun World charges.

Reading about the different grades of steel used in kitchen knives. I'm happy with my two new knives, but I could have made better choices. The Chinese Chef's knife is only $10 to replace with a better knife, so I may do that. I'll have to wait and see how much I use the Nakiri before thinking about upgrading it.
