Having dinner after a long day of diving. Four tanks of drift diving walls and Palancar reef. Last dive day for me, I need to clear absorbed nitrogen before flying on Tuesday.

Trying to decide if I should continue my nap. I may not have a choice. The anesthesia they used this morning for my follow up endoscopy seems to be taking longer than last time to work its way out of my system.

Ulcer is better but not gone, more biopsies were taken and now I have to wait for results. He wants me back again in three months to do this again...I asked if he was going to pay for it. Good grief.

Trying to figure out how to schedule my medications. The doctor added a new one yesterday that I am supposed to take on an empty stomach four times a day. I also have another one that I take twice a day, also to be taken on an empty stomach. Then there are my heart meds and my much loved Prozac. I have six pills I have to take on an empty stomach and the new one can't be taken within two hours of any other medication.

Essentially, I have to always have an empty stomach while they bitch at me about not gaining weight.

I can't even math out a plan that would work other than to take that new one before I go to bed and as soon as I wake up. Not sure when to take the other meds and calcium, iron, Vitamin D, and B Complex they want me to take.

This seems like Algebra is involved and I am going to cry.

I finally upgraded the messenger bag I'd been using for the past six and a half years.



So far, the only problem I've got is that the little compartments on the side don't have covers. But then again, given that the old one was starting to fall apart, that's a comparatively minor quibble.
