Well that's a drag. They were going to do Tai Chi & exercise class on Monday and Wednesday in my building. They're doing it Tuesday and Thursday at the building that's a half a mile away. Unfortunately, they're doing construction on Wednesdays through December. So I can either walk to the other building, or.... they do have an exercise class at the YWCA on the same days. Less walking, and I can shower afterward. Not sure what I'm going to do.

There's got to be something more interesting on than all this rot about hurricane Milton.

I think a lot of people in the US fail to take hurricanes seriously in large part because of the names. I mean 'Milton'? Dafuq kind of a name is that for a massive killer storm? If it was called 'Thunderfuck Maelstrom Of Churning Death', people might take more notice.

Milton: lost power a couple of times, some strongish winds, leaves all over, no flooding, no damage to our place.
Wish I could have made it to work last night, but ride share apps had no vehicles available in the area even though I searched a good many hours before the storm even reached us. Either work understands or they don't.

Ordered some guajillo and ancho powder to spice up my chicken wings and stuff.
I overslept by a few hours this morning. I took my meds anyway and brewed a cup of coffee strong enough to float an iron wedge. I'm staying in my den until the cobwebs dissipate from my brain.
