So, I guess I may as well share this picture I took of what I got for Christmas:

The paper represents a Dell Inspiron 3520 that I’ll be getting soon. Also, I will likely exchange the copies of The Upanishads and The Lady From Shanghai, since the former is severely abridged, and the latter appears to be a version that’s out of date.

It's hard to get motivated to do anything I had planned for today as it's still pretty dark and dreary out. So far, haven't done much.

I find it very helpful to make an actual list of ten things that I plan to do every day. If I complete three or more, I declare victory.

Well, I guess I am good then.  I mopped the floor in the room where I lay out quilts, made a pitcher of tea, and towel dried the dogs after a quick trip to the yard in between cloudbursts.

I will not be taking my new laptop to the repair guys as it's alternately sprinkling and 'monsooning' out there.
