Finishing a quilt I am making for second granddaughter as part of her graduation gift.  I still have several in various stages of completion.

Pump duster:



The knobby bit on the skinny end manually moves an inner piston back and forth to pump clouds of insecticidal dust out of a hole at the far end. My plan is to remove the piston and fix my shop vac hose to that end, to see what happens (the duster piston is already non-functional, so I’m not risking anything).

This cold is kicking my butt.

My two sons still living with the wife and me experienced some sort of affliction which had vomiting and explosive diarrhea as common features, They were out of work for days. I've not experienced either of those symptoms, fortunately, but I've had severe intestinal pain, all the same. I hope that that's what it is, and that that is all the symptoms that I will experience. I'm up for a colonoscopy in July; not looking to moving the date forward.
