Morning exercise. Ordering books off Amazon.

Pinning the batting and backing to several quilts. Somehow I ended up with quite a few quilt tops and they need to be assembled and finished. Crawling around on the floor on my hands and knees is something I am aging out of. I will get some done before my back screams at me.

As I do this I am listening to Pandora and deciding what color my hair will be next. I have a few choices if hair dye as well as some hair highlighting stuff...so I have to work out what to do before I head east for Z's graduation at the end of the month. Biggest drawback is that my hair now reaches my waist and it's a royal pain to color it myself.

Ripping DVDs. One of my Bluray Rewriters is having issues. It's probably time for new hardware.

The DVD set I bought off Amazon had no trouble ripping. It was just the newer DVDs from the library. The set from Amazon might be counterfeit, as there's incosistency in the root disk labels. That's often a sign of a counterfeit, and counterfeit discs are generally easier to rip as they don't have the same protections and copyright security of genuine, manufactured disc sets.

ETA: Yeah, this other set of DVDs from the library is giving problems in the same Bluray drive as the first set. I've never been happy with that Bluray drive. It's had more problems than the other one.

Installing an extension on my carving bench, thinking, "I can just kneel down and install this here bracket." Arthritic knees sent back a message, "Now just try and stand up again!"     Guess I'll have my son install those brackets.

Grr. I ordered a set of plates from Amazon Warehouse. One of the plates was broken in half. So I returned those and reordered. I just checked the new batch and there's a chip in one of them.
