Unsuccessfully trying to acclimate to 8 timezones worth of jet lag during an overnight layover. Slept til 1:45 in my home TZ, four hours before the alarm. My circadian rhythm is going to be out of alignment for who knows how long.

Literally now I am having lunch, but generally I am enjoying my Saturday, and I have a run planned for later tonight too.
