Tonight I made a stuffed turkey meatloaf with sage and butter gravy. Home-made stuffing with fresh bread croutons, onions and celery, butter, sage, thyme, etc.. stuffed inside a turkey meatloaf.

I love calzones. Why are they so popular now? Just a few years ago I never heard of a calzone.
